    Extensive litigation experience, including representation of clients in patent lawsuits and investigations in federal district court and before the International Trade Commission (ITC), in areas relating to computers, mobile phones, LCD displays, DRAMs, and others. 

    Extensive patent dispute and transaction experience, including drafting of infringement/non-infringement opinions and invalidity opinions, and performing clearance studies on behalf of clients.
